All clothing items are pre-made and ready to ship.

• Once your order is prepared, it will be shipped promptly within the processing timeframe.
• Shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after your order has been dispatched, depending on your location and carrier.
Please note that processing and shipping times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, holidays, or special releases. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Tracking Your Order
All items are shipped with tracking. Please use the USPS website to track your package. Shipping notifications will be sent to your email (check your spam folder).
Shipping Delays
SE7ENAPPRL is not responsible for courier delays once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All items are shipped with proof of delivery.
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
Address Changes
Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Address changes incur a $60 fee.
